Default Anorexia explained

I will be honest and say that even though I know that anorexia is an eating disorder, I never understood it until now. This is very powerful and I only wish this doctor would speak about BED as well.

Very accurate and excellently explained. I was hospitalized for eating disorders for 4 months and after leaving treatment is when I gained all the weight(because I just went the other way and binged). Its been a real struggle to try and find a balance. Thank you for sharing.
