That list is a little ridiculous - I've enjoyed several items from there and they can absolutely be had in the context of a weight controlled, healthy lifestyle. In fact, so e of those are my ideal choice at their restaurant, because getting them without a bun and fries still makes for an excellent meal in quantity and flavor. Some of those items are great low carb choices, and the morons who made that list missed that no food is verboten if the eater has planned for it (modified the item to fit their plan, fasted and is eating it as their main meal of the day, etc).
Poor, biased list. But then again almost everything is offensive when it comes to diet and nutrition, given the disparity between how two different people lose and manage their weight loss.
But as for me, I will enjoy my triple bacon burger or Parmesan crusted sole without an iota of guilt or loosening my belt
