Jen, you were great! Listening to your s-l-o-w, redundant interviewer was a little torturous although kind of amusing, lol (it reminded me of an SNL skit and I found myself guessing which of your words he would repeat next) but you were vibrant and interesting! I had planned to listen to just a few minutes, since it was a long podcast, but I ended up listening to the whole thing. You gave such great insight and tips, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you for sharing!

MINI GOALS:
1. 196 lbs = "Overweight" BMI of 29.8 MET GOAL!!
2. 178 lbs = Lowest Weight in 13 years, BMI of 27.1 MET GOAL!!
3. 164 lbs = "Normal Weight" BMI of 24.9
4. 145 lbs = Goal Weight BMI of 22.0
MAINTENANCE GOAL:
Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs
