Default Whey Protein causing tiredness?

Well i couldn't figure out which forum to put this in so..forgive me if it's the wrong one

I think my Whey Protein (Optimum Nutrition-any flavor) may be causing a crash in energy and wonder if anyone else has experienced this? Don't think it's because it's milk based because i have a big bowl of yogurt for lunch and i usually have a W.Protein drink (mixed w/blueberries and spinach) for late afternoon pre workout drink except that sometimes i'm too tired to workout after drinking it, unless this is just my imagination...

Lower carbs will do that, and whey protein is usually lower in carbs. Takes a few fays for the body to adjust, took me close to two weeks
