There's not much point to this other than to say we leave for a week away tomorrow! Much needed We are renting a lakeside cabin in the poconos. While I am bringing my laptop, I doubt I'll be on here over the week. I tend to unplug when on vacation. I'm hoping to get in some leisurely runs. My gallbladder has been improving (had an attack earlier in the week) and today I was pain free! I went for my first run in a week and felt good. I'm not so sure how I'll do with eating, but after the gallbladder scare, I expect it wont be out of control at all.

Have a good vacation and relax on your holiday.
A cabin sounds so relaxing and since you are bringing your own food you will probably stay reasonably controlled.
Probably lots of barbecue and veggies I presume and lots of swimming for exercise.
You cant send out for pizza in the backwoods.
Looks like a paleo diet for the holiday.
