I have a favor to ask. For those of you who have benefited from how wonderful this website is and remember what it was like to come here feeling so uncertain and fed-up yet so hopeful, please take a minute, if you have it, on each day that you come here and go to introductions and welcome a newbie or a returning member who has taken that step to trust us with their story. Just saying welcome can make a newbie or returning member, many who don't have outside support, feel supported and like they belong here. If you can add a few personal words responding to their individual circumstances, even better. Please don't forget what it was like, and pay it forward if you can. Thanks to all who respond!

Hoping some more people will get involved. Some newbies never get more than one reply to their introductions, and they may not realize that we are a much friendlier and supportive group than that. If you can go to Introductions whenever you have time and say hello to and welcome just one person, especially someone who doesn't have many replies, that would be great! Thanks!
