Default Question about flabby skin on shaved areas...

So, I haven't lost a ton of weight yet, but so far about 40lbs. I am starting to get loose skin in some areas where I shave and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on shaving over the loose skin spots. I have terribly sensitive skin and cannot use the depilatory creams, so that's not an option. Any suggestions?

The easiest thing to do would be to pull the skin taut and then shave, that way you have less of a chance of causing a nick or missing areas with the razor. Good luck!

Yeah I do that where I can. Its just frustrating to me. Like my inside thing, its hard to pull it taught and shave at the same time. I still get the drag and usually end up with a rash. I guess I just have to suck it up and accept it.

Have you tried waxing?

My esthetician is great about taking care of my sensitive skin and I do the brazilian wax so there's a lot of that all up in there! I also have a lot of loose skin that needs to be pull taut and she's a rockstar at it!

I have thought about waxing. I'm still too shy about having someone wax the lady bits at the size I am right now, but it is def something I want to do. I will just have to deal with the shaving for now until I'm smaller and have a little more money flow. School is about to start up again so I have to pinch my pennies to get that paid for.

May I ask a personal question? How often do you get waxed?
