Cool Judgement free celebration zone

The Judgement free whining zone is so successful (thank you Mozzy! ) that I thought there should be a positive take on it: a celebration zone.

Is there anything about your weight loss journey or life, big or small, that you don't want to make a thread about or you want to share with everyone? If you are anything like me, the newest achievement is always better than the last and you want to share it with as many people as possible. Well, you can share it here.

The only rules are that, as the title and the judgement free whining zone suggest, no one is to be judged and no advice is to be given.

Of course, I have a celebration

I have a heavy step and I like to put in a bit of a stomp when I walk. As I was walking home today, I totally did not feel my stomach jiggling! I had my shorts underneath my stomach and everything. It was such a great feeling

After a month I'm finally over this damn plateau. It took forever to find something that works and I was getting really frustrated with the failed experiments.

And I really thought having one cheat day a week would eliminate plateauing. I guess not.

Oh, I like the idea of this thread . I'm doing my best to be more positive, so this sounds like a good place to post and to read about other's happiness.

Well, my celebration is that I was asked on a date for next weekend

I haven't had a date in about 7 years. Its amazing to me that I've come so far that I could now meet someone, hang out for a day among mutual friends, and then get asked out. And it not just about the dramatic changes in my body, but in ME. I really overhauled my whole life and made so many positive changes, and this just reflects that, even if just a little bit.

9.4 pounds gone in the month of April! I am wearing pants today I couldn't button two months ago! Going to see my endocrinologist next Monday and excited to get on the scale! At this rate, or even if I slow down, I will be at goal and have a normal BMI well before the end of 2013! I have found a plan that works for me! And I have a wonderful and supportive DBF who loves me unconditionally and supports my healthy choices! And a job where I can build in more physical activity! So many things to celebrate!

I got home after a night at the bar drinking Diet Cokes and had a midnight snack of STEAK and ZUCCHINI instead of junk food. It's nice to wake up not feeling over-sugared for once!

I've been stalled for more than a month, found out my scale was off significantly and that I was heavier than I thought, and yet, I'm still trying.

Oh my gosh I'm so happy, and that is what I'm celebrating. Feeling good and excited. I don't want to take those feelings for granted.

Talking what an awesome thread!

I love this thread!

So, for me, I'd say, I am proud of myself because I don't bring that much junk home anymore, a lot less than before.

I have just over 80 hours of volunteering at my local hospital!

Some of my medical issues are beginning to get resolved!! Woohoo, yay!

I am forming some more friendships!

I am working on reaching out to others more. I am also trying to not engage in mindless and emotional eating as much, yay!

Take care everyone! Thank you for this thread!

I'm so glad everyone else is doing great too!

I'm celebrating all of the wonderful people here on 3FC that helped me through a rough few weeks here (and who knows how many more weeks!). I've had such highs and lows and stayed on course with my eye on the prize, knowing it's not all about the scale number.

Thank you all so so much. You never cease to amaze me with your support and kindness.

Thank you everyone for sharing so far. Every little success adds up to the big one and they each need celebrating. We should be proud of ourselves every day for what we are achieving within our minds and our bodies.

Let's keep celebrating the small things!

I weighed in at 148lbs this morning- the lowest number I ever remember seeing for a good few years. Even though I have an exam this afternoon, I'm feeling so good right now!

Radiojane, you are truly an inspiration with your persistence. Keep it up!

edit: oops, sorry, didn't mean to be giving judgement or advice!
