It finally dawned on me today when reading a post that I am more inspired by what I will be able to do than what I will weigh. While I like to see the scale come down, it's being able to do things that I can't do now that is keeping me on the straight and narrow. So, I added my mini-goals to my signature and will add a date when I achieve one.
Any others out there like me? If so, what are your goals?
