Glad to hear you are getting some help, honey. I know how good it can feel to get a diagnosis, but just remember that those labels are therapy guidelines and not a badge you put on your chest permanently. They don't define you. Get to a place in therapy where the labels don't matter - you're just happy and can let them go.
