Default Looking for Non Fiction Books Featuring Women/Overweight

Hi there

I'm trying to find some good reads (non fiction) about overweight women who are struggling and/or accepting their weight as is.

I've read one book called "Read My Hips"...

I'm trying to find inspiration with real women, who are not beating themselves up and trying to fit into a size ZERO world.

Living large in a world filled with diversity.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thank you so much!

If you google "fat acceptance books," you will find some lists on Amazon and Good Reads.

Thank goodness for Google, I just made myself a bit crazy trying to remember a book I enjoyed in the late 80s.

The book was Breaking all the Rules by Nancy Roberts. I got it from library but I see Amazon has it.

Thank you for your suggestions!

I did order 5 books, yup 5 books!

My goal is to read positive outlooks from people who are embracing their body at any size, shape.

Again, thank you for the suggestions!

The book I recommend is She's Come Undone. But she doesn't accept her weight. She goes up and down a lot and is rather miserable, but a good book. Edit...that's fiction. Oops

The funniest non-fiction book I ever read on the topic was "Such a Pretty Fat" by Jen Lancaster.

I really loved Valerie Bertinelli's book. I have "Losing it" and "Finding it" but I've only read one so far. (Forget which one)

There's one called The Weight Loss Diaries by Courtney Rubin. She struggles with her weight but also works on accepting herself. She was a writer for Self Magazine. I like her book. I've read it twice.
