Default Daily supplements you take?

What supplements are you ladies (and men) taking daily? I don't mean like weight loss ones - just supplements in general. Things like multi vitamins, calicum, biotin, milk thistle? Also, why are you taking them? I am trying to see what the average person takes, if anything at all.

Multivitamin, fish oil, Vit D, iodine. Large doses of Vit C on the occasion that a virus is trying to get a grip. Investigating curcumin and astaxanthin but haven't added it yet.

Forgot to add the "why". Multivitamin - because I eat well, but I'm not perfect. Fish oil, because a) my doctor said I should for cholesterol, and b) because I'm an oddball and need a LOT of fats to feel good. Vit D due to low levels - monitored with supporting labwork, and iodine because a) I'm a thyroid patient and it was recommended by my doctor and b) because there are some small studies correlating iodine deficiencies with poor breast health. Curcumin and astaxanthin for combating any rogue inflammation, and for eye health.

I take a multivitamin, calcium w/ D, and B12. I'm thinking about switching to a B complex for my next bottle and investigating Biotin (I have very brittle hair and nails).

Fish oil, a multivitamin (usually a prenatal, but on a whim I bought a powdered one that's supposed to contain more polyphenals), CoQ10 (vanity, I'm hoping it will help my skin bounce back after weight loss) and a half ounce of kelp extract daily. I take oil of oregano when I have a cold.

I take 200mg a day. I'm glad to know it helps with blood pressure, because I'm always on the high end of normal, and it drives my doctors nuts. I don't know how much it will help with the sag, but I have extremely thin, pale skin that's prone to damage so it's not a bad idea anyway.

I take the following everyday:
MSM (helps to detox, recover from muscle soreness and for energy)
B Complex (helps the body to convert carbohydrates into glucose for energy)
Omega 3's (too many reasons to list)

I take these once in a while:
Kelp (digestion)
Vitamin D (when I haven't been able to get sunlight)

I also drink organic apple cider vinegar, ingest/cook with coconut oil and I also ingest organic manuka honey. This keeps me healthy and it boost my immune system.

Been taking for a while -
Vitamin d (see where I live)
calcium w/d (since I've cut way back on dairy with my current plan)
fish oil

recently added -
skin/hair/nail supplement (some people lose hair on Medifast, and I'd love to have better nails)

I wonder if that's my issue? I'm very low cal right now ( dr supervised) but I've noticed that I'm losing a lot of hair.

I have IBS, Irritabel Bowl Syndrome, which I take probiotics for. Probiotics is one of the few effective treatments to keep the symptoms in check. Otherwise I do nr. 2 six times a day.
