When I can wear a lower rise in jeans. I have incredibly wide hips no matter what I weigh so I have to go larger in size for my jeans, but when the rise lowers I feel amazing. I hate wearing jeans that go up to my belly button, unless of course I am slim enough to pull it off in a fashionable way
