Nothing super original here;
- Knee high boots
- Cozy sweaters and pea coats
- The North Carolina humidity FINALLY backing off!
- Not feeling lazy for huddling up inside all day
- Thanksgiving
- Wrapping presents (thought it's more of a winter thing)
- All the apple/cinnamon/pumpkin/spice scented candles, lotions and such
- Not feeling the need to defend my pale skin!
- And honestly... being one of the only people I know who doesn't pack on holiday pounds.

I like everything about winter! I like snow, I like not being hot on a regular basis, and I like how cold air sounds so much more quiet and peaceful! And then, the sun rises later and sets earlier, which makes it night-time longer!

I like the Fall smells and colors, cinnamon, apple, mmmm.
Love walking outside with the leaves crunching under foot.
I am finally NOT too warm.
Winter is my least fav. of any season.
Snow is pretty if it is fresh and new..and I am looking through a window at it.
I hate slushy gray roads and slick streets.
I do like just curling up in front of the fireplace and being cozy. (Fall and Winter)

Too bad they're all pretty high calorie :/
I also love the clothes that go with fall and all the smells of pumpkin, apple, and cinnamon.

I miss all of those things (except the knee high boots). Living in South Florida we have no fall!

Hot tea
Not getting super sweaty running and hiking outside
Fall foliage
Leather jackets
Tights
Boots
Making soup
Being held and not being all "ew you're too sweaty, stop it"
Getting my GOTH on
Dollar bowling at the bowling alley around the corner
Pumpkin stuff
Knowing that summer is only 9 months away...

Hilariously, for as long as I've lived in Alaska I've never noticed the Aurora Borealis. The windows in our home don't face the correct way (and we have a hill behind us!). So I really do need to get out and look for them one of these years, just so I don't look totally lame as an Alaskan for years now
My favorite part of fall is probably getting more excited for my knitting again. It seems to go to the wayside in the warmer months but I get pepped up again when I can wear my hats and shawls and socks more comfortably.

Scarf, Hat, Boots, Gloves, Mittens, Coat... I loooooove fall/winter fashion
No more humidity. I can wear my hair straight without fearing that will drizzle as soon as I'm out the door.
Wearing big wool man socks. I steal 2-3 pairs to my dad everything I go back home during the holidays.
Cooking soup and stew for hours, they make the house smells so good.
Baking cookies, because I can't bake much during the summer, my boyfriend is always hot and if I dare turning on the oven I'm a dead girl.
Waiting for the first snow.

^^ Ooh, thanks Turbo... I forgot about baking! It's just too hot to bake here in the North Carolina summers. I LOVE to bake though!

Me toooooo!
But in the summer, I am restricted to things that need 30 minutes or less baking time. You can't do much with that!

The colors and leaves changing
Cuddling with my husband
Bonfires
Hoodies
Hot Chocolate
Football
The Chase for NASCAR
The fact that GA humidity disappears for a little while
The overall atmosphere of Fall. I'm not a big fan of Winter except for the part where all of the nasty summer bugs are few and far between.
