Ok, I'm officially off my rocker
So I procrastinate about cutting my bangs. I don't want to cut my hair because I want it to get longer, but I do cut my bangs.
I finally made an appointment to get them cut tonight and I caught myself thinking "I wonder if I'll have any 'weightloss' due to my hair being cut off?"
I had to laugh at myself...
By the way, this is a picture of how crazy long I let my bangs get... and this was 2 weeks ago! NEVER AGAIN!

Ahhh, I'm in the process of growing out my bangs because I'm sick of having to get them trimmed and trying to pull them back for exercise. They can get really annoying can't they?

That's hilarious. I've had similar thoughts about heavier vs. lighter bras, thick vs. thin socks, etc. Crazy, eh?

That is a good one!
Funny enough, I wont weight myself after a bath because I am sure my body has somehow managed to absorb some of the water from my bath... Stupid, I know lol

I recently donated hair and yes, I weighed myself afterwards.

How much did your hair weigh? And good on you for donating hair, it really helps so much more than people think.

I don't know if it gets much more anal than how I weigh in; I won't weigh myself unless it's first thing in the morning, completely naked (I even take off my engagement ring and make sure there is no tie or bobbypins in my hair!), dry hair, and after going pee and having a BM (I drink dieter's tea the night prior to make sure I do).
Sometimes I wonder how much my hair weighs because it's so long and thick. I bet if I cut it off fairly short I'd lose at least a 1/2 pound.

I weighed my hair on an at-home postal scale and it was 5.5 oz. However, that did include two thin rubber bands.

Oooh, I feel like you'd be really cute with the blunt bangs that are in style right now!

@ Kahokkuri: that's usually how they are, thick and blunt. When they get long like that they move to the sides.

My bangs are just as long as the rest of my hair, I thought about getting them cut but I really don't want to have bangs.
You're very pretty, btw.

This thread made me howl with laughter! I'm so pleased that I'm not the only one that does these things or thinks them
I've been known to weigh my clothes to find the lightest outfit for weigh-in AND I won't do so in the morning session because it's too early and I won't ....ahem...have been to the loo yet. I also remove all jewellery and also my scrunchie (hairband). Because that makes a difference, right?
JossFit - OMG what a transformation - amazing! Very well done and I dream of any muscles, never mind like that. Maybe if i actually started lifting some weights.....
