Anyone know who came up with the phrase?

Being overweight is hard
Losing weight is hard
Maintaining your loss is hard
Choose your hard

I'm considering adding that to the conclusion of a speech I'm giving and would be interested in the source of this phrase.

I don't know, but it's a great 'motto'. It's one of the first things that really clicked for me.

I posted it on my refrigerator. I don't know who originated it.

I think I heard someone credit Jillian Michaels for screaming it at a victim/contestant on the Biggest Loser?

I just did a quick google search and didn't seem to find a real originator, but there were a few that attributed it to a Weight Watcher's meeting.
