I am curious about what others eat on a day to day basis. If you are following a certain plan, please post that too!
I am not following any plan, I find them too much of a PIA the stick to. I just try and eat clean.
Breakfast - 2 slices turkey bacon, 1/4 cup of egg beaters
Lunch - packet of pink salmon
Dinner - 2 chicken breasts (pull from the chicken I roasted for family dinner)
Snacks - about 2 cups of dried Honey Nut Cheerios, split through the day in small handfuls
A couple of random raspberries and strawberries
.... wait for it... 8 (yes, EIGHT) of my husbands cookies - stolen and consumed in the middle of the night while I was up with baby - dang it!
