Here are the pictures I took at our church 9/11 Remembrance Day and BBQ this past Sunday. I am putting them up because I think we do an outstanding job every year of remembering!

The flag display is done by a retired marine and fellow church member, myself and several others gave him a hand this year as he recently had bypass surgery. Hanging the BIG one was way cool

I put names under the pictures of my family that was there.

I hope you enjoy them...quite colorful!

Oh and my favorite GRANDdaughter is in a couple of them too

I am sure the mood here in southern California at our church, was a bit lighter in mood....although we did have a wonderful...very moving....ceremony from our first responders and local Troops as they shared their stories.
