I had surgical menopause about 20 years ago. Total hysterectomy. I've felt fine until about the last month. I'm now at the age where I would have menopause naturally. I'm having hot flashes, and I'm grumpy and tired.
Did my body decide I need to do this again, just because it's age appropriate?
Gonna go get some natural supplements and see if that helps.
