I know this is late, but I've often had evenings of temptation.
The following is a list of things that have helped me stay on plan.
Glass of cold water sipped slowly
Cup of hot tea
Brush my teeth and rinse with minty mouth wash that actually requires me to NOT eat for 30 minutes.
Baby carrots or celery sticks
I choose the one that best fits the moment.
