Current mini-goal: Get back to where I was in February (205)
Positive things I need to remember:
·I'm at a better starting point since I didn't gain it all back yet.
·I quit smoking cold turkey in Nov 2011.
·I'm still trying so I can't say I've failed.
I am on there but I'm not happy with the net calories they gave me, so I'm using Lose It. Did anyone else have this problem? I've had my body fat analyzed using a Bod Pod so I know what my actual BMR is.
