Default What classes/programs...

are your fav's and what would you like to see more of and or less of? At what times?

My first task as program director is to offer classes. We've got spin, boot camp, zumba, dance, yoga, basic weight training...um I can't think of any more.

I need to come up with something good. Ideas?

At my gym there is a Power Aerobics class - its a very high impact and high energy class. I usually leave feeling soaked and its my favorite.

My other fav is Step Aerobics - but right now we dont have one, just a Step n Sculpt class.

I like both cardio-kickboxing classes, which require no equipment, and real (or real-ish) kickboxing classes with gloves and bags and whatnot.

People seem to be into that Body Pump thing too.

yeah anything with a "self-defense" spin to it will probably garner interest. who is the primary target for these classes? sounds primarily women-oriented.
