Skin Cancer Awareness Month

Hi Ladies! As it (finally) starts to warm up enough to work out outside, I thought it would be a great day to drop by and let you know that May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month. According to the Skin Cancer Foundation, skin cancer is the most common cancer in the US, with one in every five Americans suffering from it at one point in their life.

I def forget to put on the SPF when I'm running out the door for a day of errands or around town. Which is why I look for a moisturizer with the SPF built in. I've mentioned before, but I do some work with Eucerin, and they have a great line with SPF in it. The Everyday Protection for Face has SPF 30 while the Body lotion has SPF 15, which is perfect for a day when I'm in and out of the sun all day (driving, walking around from store to store etc).

Have any of you had any scares with Melanoma or have helpful tips for summer skin care? I would love to know what your summer skin care routine is like, and what you're doing to put your skin first!
