Live or Taped Are You going to Watch the Royal Wedding?
 

I'll be tuned in to CNN and BBCA on Friday 4/29 to watch.

Funny enough, I'm actually maid of honor in my best friend's wedding on Saturday, so I'll probably be busy with the dress rehearsal and getting manicures with the other bridesmaids. But we do keep joking that the royal wedding is just a warm-up for my friend's, and that it's so nice CNN is doing a countdown to my friend's wedding, lol! But I'm sure I'll catch some of the highlights once I get back home on Sunday.

yeah, i'm gonna watch it. i watched when i was in high school when his mother got married...so i will watch this too. i'm actually looking forward to it...kind of fairy tale escape-ism.

I am probably one of the few people who have absolutely no interest in this wedding.

You bet I'll be watching. I have actually been having dreams about it lately. I have been so into watching BBC to see any little tidbit about the wedding, that every time someone opens their mouth to speak, my first thought is "why don't they have an English accent"!! LOL

I can't wait. Fairy tale escapism, knight in shining armor, all of that for me. Since I was a little girl I imagined that a Prince would come and carry me off and marry me.

Lauralyn, there needs to be a LIKE button on this forum.lol Sorry, but, to me, they're just another couple getting married. It's sweet and it's romantic but no more important to me than some unknown couple in Kansas getting married.

Ug thank God I'm not the only one- seriously I don't see the big deal! I mean yay great the Prince is getting married, yay have a big to do, but why on earth am I reminded of it on a constant basis?!

Unfortunately, no. By choice we do not have cable. BUT...we DO have internet (obviously) so I WILL be looking at the millions of photos that I'm sure will be posted seconds after they're taken! hahaha Definitely a 'don't want to miss' occasion!

I will watch. But not live. Won't be able to. I watched Diana and Charles' wedding too. I'm most interested in seeing the dress.

I'm not getting up to watch it "live" but I will watch some of it later.

It's going to be on all the networks.

I'm not sure who is getting married? Watching a wedding doesn't rate high with me.
