I actually like the weight management program because it doesn't focus so much on food but on your feelings and why you are eating, and physical exercise.
there are podcasts you can download to listen and much information. I was completely blown away with it all.

I don't know if it's really a good deal or not, I haven't used weight watchers.
I've been thinking about it. I actually have my letter of medical necissity approved by flex spending so I can get the weekly fees reimbursed from my FSA.
