I was always very aware that I am not perfect but unfortunately have expected others to be more so.
We are in ourselves prone to judge people before knowing them and the fact is that everybody has their own problems, dilemmas, debts, etc. etc. Our past lives and environments make us who we are.
However, we don't need to be down about it as we are all in the same boat and need each others support and help.

read the abs post and the original. thanks for sharing the links, very good points. I wish the original blogger didn't feel the need to post a pic of a gorgeous woman in a bathing suit (a guy wrote it). As I'm reading, women should be OK with their imperfections, I'm seeing her (doh!)
