i got dominos thin crust, and you can put whatever toppings on it by checking little boxes and it tells you the calories and then suggests ways to make it lighter. what the?!
but anyway, i ate i think half a large pizza cause i came back for a midnight snack later
and i had a bowl of cereal without measuring it out and a cinabon breakfast bar (those only have roughly over 100 calories though)
but anyway, i thought wow i am huge! but ended up going from 181.6 the night before and 179.6 this morning.
aka what a good day. but no more cheating because the diet gods are only good to me like that once in a blue moon.
how do you keep from eating the whole house and cheating on your diet, especially this bbq weekend!
