Hi Friends ( I hope)

I have come here for support because I dont want to bore the general public and my friends w/my excitment over my weight losss and all things related....usually I lose 10 lbs and then slow slip back...but this time I am going all the way and lose the 30 lbs that I need to ....I hope it is o.k. for me to be here...as I dont have a hugemongous weight to lose , but it is enought for me to feel that I am not healthy and that I dont looke that good...also have to search and search for clothes that look nice on me

any ways...thanks for this forum
