I need computer advice
 

I had tabs earlier today. I have not upgraded or anything. They are gone. I have to open a new browser if I want more than 1 window open at a time. I found those tabs to be convenient.

How can I get them back?

Which browser do you use? I use Firefox, and I DON'T use tabs but when I update it, it defaults to tabs so under the File menu I choose "new window" and then everything opens in a window. So if you have commands like "new window/new tab", when you open the browser choose the "new tab" command. Hope this helps

Hi, I'm not sure what browser you're using but here is how to enable tabs if you're using Internet Explorer. I'm not as familiar with other browsers, but it might be similar even if you're not using Internet Explorer. Hope this helps! :D

Open Internet Explorer
Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
Click the General tab, and then, in the Tabs section, click Settings.
Click the Enable Tabbed Browsing check box.
Click OK twice.
Close Internet Explorer and then open it again.
