Thanks you 2. I did not go to the doctor this time, being I have had the injury before and I still have the brace, so using that, icing it and taking anti inflammatories. Rest is what is going to make it heal, and I remember how to do the pt exercises from last injury. It sure sucks though, the pain is intense and my dominate hand isn't worth a damn, can't use it because can't grasp, or anything. Grrrrr... Sucks being outta comish doing things leftie. The repetitive motion is the cause from my job and weightlifting the combo did me in again!
