Somewhere there is a village without their idiot
We were out and about recently and came upon a sign stating that there was a seat belt check area ahead. As we progressed, there was another one. Then a 3rd one stating that they weren't kidding. We could not believe the number of people who got pulled over and were getting a ticket. Those tickets are not cheap in Calif. They also pulled cars with baby seats out of line but only to double check how they were installed.
Gee, we got a pencil for having on our seat belts. Least they could have done was given us each a pencil. LOL.
