bad february, good february
I got a new apartment that i get to move into feb 13th, but after years of having a roommate, i have been spending my free time either cleaning, packing, or buying necessary odds and ends to outfit the kitchen/dining/livingroom areas. as a result, i havent had been feeling up to excersize (not only that, but with extra cold days and my excersize area is filled with boxes). i'm lucky that my job is somewhat physical ( i spend 70% of my shift walking at a good pace).
once i move, i'll have to unpack and set up. Its a little stressful, and my weight has temporarily stalled. on the upside, my job is paying for me to go on a 10 day health immersion starting february 26th. there i will be swarmed with doctors, nutritionalists, dietitions, ect., to help me manage my weight loss.
Im sorry, buy needed to rant. I can't wait until the normalcy of march! I hope its warmer.
