Default Sweet Treat??

Ok, so this is just my first week but I have really stuck to it. I have been eating right, drinking only water & working out- which I am about to go do now.
I want to treat myself to something sweet this afternoon but without blowing my diet. Any suggestions?

low fat graham crackers made into a sandwich with cool whip in the middle, freeze for a bit, sorta like an alternative for ice cream sandwiches

Swiss Miss Diet hot chocoloate (only 25 calories!!). I have it everyday after dinner now!! It completely cures my chocolate cravings.
I got them at Vons, they have their safeway brand of diet hot chocolate too with same amount of calories and are less expensive than Swiss Miss.
