How much water do you consume daily to promote weightloss? Im up to 101oz...

I drink 64oz by early afternoon (at work). After I get home, I have anywhere from 30-50 oz more till I go to bed. I don't specifically drink it to promote weight loss...I've always preferred water over any other drink .

I have never liked water...I didnt know it helped you lose weight by keeping your bowels clean and your digestive tract functioning...I learned that in my healthy living class....I only buy water now..NO JUICE>..water with every meal..My juice comes in the form of whole fruit...I have always been pretty skinny and drinking water is getting me back that way! Thank goodness for water...because my digestive tract doesnt always function well

Water is all I drink. I have probably 14 - 16oz of plain water and then I have 14 oz mixed with my Zoe Life Nutritional for my daily antioxidants & vitamins.

I don't drink anything else, except on ocassion a small cup of warm tea in the morning.

Thats cool...SO how much weight do you lose on average per week?
