I have never liked water...I didnt know it helped you lose weight by keeping your bowels clean and your digestive tract functioning...I learned that in my healthy living class....I only buy water now..NO JUICE>..water with every meal..My juice comes in the form of whole fruit...I have always been pretty skinny and drinking water is getting me back that way! Thank goodness for water...because my digestive tract doesnt always function well
