Cure for late afternoon munchies: Stick mint up your nose!
This sounds nutty but it actually works! Plant some mint in a pot (it will take over your garden if you plant it in the ground) and if you experience a dumb hunger (as opposed to real hunger, in which case, eat something) but I mean dumb munchie type hunger, crush up a mint leaf and stick it up your nose!
My friend's accupuncturist told her this and it totally works!
TO DO LIST: Lose one pound. Keep it off.
