Wow I would never support that, how could you just rob people blind. I am sure this is old news, but I killed my comp and just getting it back now :D

The workout actually works.The arm part is KILLER.I find my arms have more lines then they did when I was lifting 10lbs.My abs hurt.I am standing taller

The dance one is a little tricky only have the first set down
