Vote on what you want Obama to address

I think this is very interesting. It's called the Citizens Briefing Book. You can go to the Book page and make suggestions for what you think Obama needs to address or vote on those that have already been submitted. http://citizensbriefingbook.change.gov/

Examples

Support Midwidery and Home Births

End the "War" on Drugs

Freedom to Homeschool

Disclose any Information on UFO's

Implement Flat Tax

my library school friends and i have been trying to get more people aware of the plight of the public library. the library patron gets (most) services for free, but they have to be paid for at some point, mostly with tax dollars, but also with federal grants and aid. PLEASE consider donating directly to your public library, and telling Obama that libraries need help!

I so agree with you about the libraries. We had fantastic ones up north and the ones in town here are such a disappointment. It's pretty obvious that libraries and learning are not a priority here :(

Please people of the world - remember that Mr. Obama is a human being, of flesh and blood - great ideas and dreams but he is not perfect and must work with Congress and all the red tape and politics as well as taking over a daunting administration. I hope that people will keep their hopes in perspective even tho I for one am really looking forward to some "change we need".

A canadian here... but

- Fighting against abuse in Senior Citizen's homes
- stop the rich getting richer, poor getting poorer
- providing all mid and lower class citizens with free health care (it's done in Canada, why not in the US?)
- Providing better after-disaster care (funds, help, food etc).

I donate a lot of money to my library. I pay a ton of late fees.

this is kind of on topic, kind of not. there should be more housing programs. Los Angeles has so many homeless people and families.
