Hi AmericaninUK! There isn't a person on this site who hasn't thought "What was I thinking". Let yourself off the hook, that's all in the past. Today, is your beginning...if your brain tells you it doesn't want to exercise - put on your ipod (listen to your favorite rock song) and do your 30 minutes...don't let anyone or anything stop you from being what you want to be. It's hard at first, but once you get your head onboard with your desire to be healthy - watch out - nothing will get in your way!
