I went to the pharmacist... they're called chemists here; but, none in my neighborhood carry it. I'll be sure to ask though for 3% when I come across it... I know they have it here, but it's just not as easy to find as in the States.

I have canker sores (not contagious), I don't get cold sores. My case is hereditary; my dad gets them and I've been getting them since childhood. Maybe it's our love of spicy food. I did find out that it's more common to get them during TOM... and since I did have spicy Indian food the day before TOM well, I'll just learn to be more careful next time. I will mention it to my doc next time I see him though. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac. I will look into the Lysine to see if it could do anything for me. Thanks
