I've been doing this for about a month and my weight is creeping back up :(

I have acknowledged it, I know I'm doing it, but I keep on doing it!!

It is a constant danger. I can't allow it to happen. I am still below goal but find myself getting a little careless. I do not want to start over again. No way!
