I got LUCKY last night!!!!!!!
 

Well DH and I went out last night. (rare occasion) Well. We have "pull tab" machines, they are like lottery tickets that you open....well I told DH I wanted $20 to put in the machine at the bar where we were...so he gave me a $20 bill. I asked him which machine to put it in and he said he didnt care...so I walked to the machines and stuck my money in got my 20 tickets out and went and sat down. Him and his friend were talking so I just opened them up.

I got about 5-7 opened when I opened a big winner...I just held it and opened the rest. It didnt say how much it was worth, but I knew it was more than $100. So I walked past the machine again to look at the winner payout and that ticket was worth $599!!! I got 2 $2 winners so from my $20 investment I got $603 in winnings. (I gave DH his $20 back..and kept the rest) I didnt tell him until we left how much I won.

THATS NOT ALL......

So an hour later we went to another bar in town and I decided to put $20 in thier machine...well DH saw me and yelled from across the bar to get away from the machine....I laughed and told him I was playing with MY money and he laughed....
So I put my $20 in that machine and go to open them up and 2 of my friends were watching me...I opened up a $350 winner!!! I could hardly believe it! So for $40 I won $953 last night!!!!

So today I am going to take my son, foster son and my little girl to the carnival! I get off work at noon, and it is an hour drive so they can enjoy from 1pm-5pm for like $20 each for all the rides......so my winnings are going to pay for that plus part of my vacation next month!!!!!

COOL HUH???

So all of you who had your mind in the gutters.....;) I did that too..lol

It's been about 6 months since i last went. This time I have my glasses! No more squinting at the screen to see which ball came up (and dabbing the wrong number) lol.

I only have one really big night where I won 600 on a bonus game :D Can't complain about that. That was new years of 2007. We used to go about twice a month, but since we've been saving for Hawaii in August - we haven't gone.

Now that we saved enough (almost) and i got a bonus award from work, I think I'll use that :D

I am flying into vegas on July 16th. Then I will be BACK in vegas to fly home on the 22nd..we are staying overnight on the 22nd, our flight leaves REAL early on the 23rd.....So if those dates are when your there...

Angie and I will be there from around noon on the 22nd and leave the morning of the 24th so there is a possibility we could meet up. It is my mother in law's 75th birthday and she is paying for the rooms and entertainment...not exactly sure what she has planned. I do know there will be about 10 of us and some are going to see Jersey Boys...Angie and I have already seen it so she opted out...not sure what day that was...and she is at church for bell choir right now.

Well the kids and I had a BLAST at the carnival! We all rode rides and played games, they all won prizes....then we ate out...couldnt have been a better day. The weather was PERFECT!

Congrats!!! And what a fantastic way to share the wealth!!!!
