Do you know what might have happened Clydegirl? I checked all the sports lines (ESPN, Fox, SI), and there's no news.

I've been a Red Sox fan for a LONG time , but I've been stuck here in the sunny South since 1990. What's the story with 'Sweet Caroline' (the song) and the Sox? Inquiring minds want to know!

watching right now of course....up...in the second quarter but you just never ever know. We need all 3 here in L.A. obviously or it may as well be over!...but ya just never know!

Awhile back, ? early 90's someone played Sweet Caroline (N. Diamond) ... People started to sing back and a whole crowd participation thing started. Now it is a regular occurance in the 8th inning... along with Dirty Water at the end of the games and I love that dirty water.... ooooh Boston, thats my Home... I could really use some audio here... anyway, we sing at Fenway a lot now... Its so much fun...

No word yet on Pujols. He re-injured his calf and he's coming back to St.Louis today to see the docs. So he's on the DL and what do they do They brought Chris Duncan back up from the minors to play first base. He's playing terrible at the moment and his at bats are terrible!!

Good news hubs picked up our tickets for the game and we're in the first base field box row 4 Bad news I won't be able to see Albert play

MY goodness the nightmare continues and it gets worse every night.

Mets 5th starter Mike Pelfrey was battling Brandon Webb, pitched the game of his life and the Mets were up 3-0 in the 9th. Pelfrey gives up a soft single to the leadoff guy and they take him out and bring in Wagner. Wagner gives up a double and then gets 2 outs before giving up a game tying 3 run HR.
