All this good news brings a much needed smile to my face!! Phew I had a rough night, (suicide scare with one of my cousins) but it all ended up being a really mean trick her roommate set up... oh the things I would do with that little *bleep* if I could have 5 mintues alone with him!! But all this good news made me smile again!
Congrats on the job promotion, move, *penny's sale* oh yeah, seceret niece/nephew, straight A's... and all the others!!

My baby brother is graduating from high school tomorrow!!

I'm the oldest of 7 and have a sister in high school still....the rest are grown

SO I had a doctors appointment today and no so much good news there but I did look through my chart at my previous weights!! OMG I almost passed out when I saw all the changes...
02/08/2007: 241
03/22/2007: 237
07/12/2007: 226.5
08/13/2007: 221.5
09/10/2007: 225
10/10/2007 227.5
03/18/2008: 216.5
05/02/2008: 208
05/19/2008: 204.5 (grr doc's scale is +3.5 against my scale)

so in 1 year and 3 months I'm down 36.5 pounds according to her records! According to my scale I'm down 40 pounds!
That's some good news for me!!
oh and I've gone to the doc so much b/c it is mandated by workers comp that i see my primary care doc every month or every other month... for my back injury...
I remember crying when I weighed in at 241...I weighed 185 ish before I hurt my back in may 06... so over 7 months I gained a total of 56 pounds... (and it was all on by NOVEMBER 06! so technically 5 months)

those days are gone forever now... so that's some great news!!

Well, it's funny how I had a "clever" response to this thread ("There's a sale at Penney's") just the other day. And now I have something to add for real:







I'm going to be an aunt!


My brother and his wife are pregnant with their first child. It will be the first baby in the family for any of my siblings and I, so it's pretty exciting, scary, and weird all at the same time!

So I did my new measurments and I'm down a total of 5.5 inches! biggest loss was in my thigh, lost 3 inches here...1/2 to 1 inch were my other losses... Can't wait to get under 200! Hopefully it's this week!
