feeling better about myself
I just joined three days ago, started walking 3 days ago, and started dieting 3 days ago-------boy do i feel better. i was discouraged and depressed today (DH has alot to do with it). I didn't want to do anything today. DH came home and apologized and now i feel better. i noticed that even while depressed, i still walked tall. i know it has alot to do with walking and exercising and eating better. i feel my body walking taller, even around the house. i love it. now that DH apologized, i feel like working out. i think i'll finish my workout video i didn't finish today. i feel good!!!! i can beat my own weight, i know i can!!!!
