[Optical Goddess]

Hey,

I was in Vegas for the past few days....had a fantastic time, saw elton John, ate a 13 layer tiramisu to die for....and now i'm back, and back on plan....but ANYWAY...

Every waitress/server/hostess in restaurants and the casinos was itty bitty and scantily clad. The chicks at Toby Keiths I love this bar & grill were less clothed than hooter's waitresses, while the dudes wore khacki pants and polo shirts.

Does anyone know if there are stipulations on these women to look a certain way? Is that legal if they are just as able to serve/ect being chubbier vrs than extremely slim??

Just curious what everyone's opinions are..

I watched a news thing on this once, at some places it is a stipulation about how much you can weigh....I believe it's a percentage. I think now they are more careful about it because they can get sued for discrimination if they specifically say you aren't hired or are fired because of this, but I do think that the discrimination goes on
