Why are some words underlined?

Why are some words underlined?

I've noticed that some words in some of the threads (my own included) have double underlines and are in green. Why?

I'm not seeing this. Which web browser do you use? If you hover your mouse over the given words, do you see a hyperlink in the lower left-hand corner of the browser, in the status bar?

I'm using IE. I noticed it when someone mentioned WW.
I noticed it in one of my posts after I submitted it they were there.

It does. I use Firefox and I see them. You just have to be looking at the right thread with the right words in the thread.
