Hii, i haven't slept at all because I'm studying for my test, and last night i started to go "#1" awhole lot, i counted like 7 times already and ye, it's the dreaded diarrhea. what should i do? is it because of the dieting? i ate alot lot lot actually while studying late at night... 4 servings of croutons, 4 slimfast bars, yogurt w/ granola, and caesar side salad. what should i do? my test is 3 hrs from now
