My favorite motivation song right now is "Dream On" by Aerosmith. As for workout music, I like songs that are a little more upbeat, like Madonna's (especially "Hung Up").

I have two Gym categories on my ipod. Its music that motivates me plus music I like to listen to over and over again. But I want to change it around so I have one category of music that gets me going. But I lost the cord thing that attaches from the computer to my ipod. But here is some songs that get me going:
