When I first started dropping sizes, it took me about 25 - 30lbs. per size. Now that I am getting closer to my goal, I noticed that it seems to be taking less loss to drop a size. I was just wondering what your experiences were with weight loss and dropping a size...especially as you got closer to your goal.
