okay maybe we are running the score up..however if UT can't stop our secondary team...then it really isn't running up the board...its poor playing on UT's part. another score for UF...woohoooooo

Yes... what a GAME!!!! I watched the first half at my parents house, when I left the score was 28-20. I had a 3 hour drive home and couln't find a station that was playing the game, so I was left in the dark until I FINALLY found an AM station with bad reception carrying the game. I caught that there was 50 seconds left in the game, TN offense SUCKED against the Gator defense and that the score was 59-20!!!! WOW!! Tim Tebow is an AWESOME quarterback. I got to see some great plays from him when I was able to watch the game. According to the Gatorzone website, this victory marks the first time in school history that the Gators have opened the season scoring 45 or more points in the first 3 games! It is ALSO the first time since 1986 that the Gators have scored 38 or more points in 5 consecutive games ... the haven't lost to the schools 3 biggest rivals (Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida State) since 2004...and, according to the trivia question during the game, there are only 2 other coaches who have defeated the TN coach 3 years in a row.... Steve Spurrier being one of them....yes, my friends, this is how National Champions play.
I agree with GatorgalstuckinGa: Its great to be a Florida GATOR!! I'm watching the Alabama and Arkansas game now. I'm one of those that like to watch as many SEC games as possible so I now what's going on.
It sure was a lot easier than I thought it would be...the game was so over in the first few minutes of the 3rd. Too bad are 2nd and 3rd team gave up 21 in the 4th...but that is Pete's favorite game...when he can play everyone early in the game! Prepares them for their futures! Nebraska did look good for 1/2 a quarter.

So true! I think that fans of other teams use USC's final scores as ammunition to "prove" that their teams are better. Personally, I would rather see the younger new guys get a chance to get experience. Other teams would rather play their first string the whole game and humiliate their opponent. Pete Carroll wants to win, but doesn't care much about the final score.
Oh Diane, wasn't that UCLA/Utah game the WORST? I thought they had a great chance to do well this year (even though it's sacrilege in my family to say that - die hard Trojans, the lot of us). Utah is a good team, though. I think they get ignored because of their conference. Couple that with some bad mistakes on UCLA's part and you end up with a nasty upset like yesterday. Ugh. I generally root for USC and any team that is playing UCLA, Notre Dame, or Michigan, but I wouldn't wish yesterday's carnage on any team!
